School Secretary (Sixth Form, Wellbeing and Futures)

A Co-Educational Independent Day School for Students aged 11-18

We are looking for an excellent administrator with a warm pastoral approach to provide administrative support to our academic sixth form team.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Sixth Form and team and to the Director of Wellbeing and Futures. You will assist with the administration of university entrance procedures and work as part of the wider school office team.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday during term-time and an additional five days during the School holidays.

About You
The ideal candidate will have secretarial or administrative experience gained in a busy office or school environment, excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative spirit while maintaining high professional standards. Experience of the university admissions process and school systems is advantageous, but not essential.
