Salary Range: E– E12: FTE £25,584–£27,711; pro rata £8,752–£9,479

After School Club Assistant
Salary Range: B2–B3: FTE £23,656–£24,027; pro rata £6,992–£7,119.

Theale C of E Primary School wishes to appoint two enthusiastic, motivated and committed individuals to work in our out-of-hours care for children from 4–11 years, which will commence in the autumn term. 

Potential candidates should:

• Use their initiative and be able to work independently;
• Have a positive approach to organising fun and interesting activities with the children;
• Have the ability to work creatively and sensitively with children;
• Encourage independence and self-esteem;
• Promote caring and kind behaviour among the children;
• Have a good standard of general education;
• Are able to relate well to and communicate well with children and adults;
• Be reliable and friendly Ideally possess a Paediatric first aid certificate/Childcare Qualification or Food Hygiene training
