Contract: Permanent, full-time; however, considerations for part-time.
Start: 1st September 2025.
Salary: UPS1–3 + SEN Allowance of £2,679–£5,285.


St. Mary and All Saints C of E Primary School is a large, multicultural school in the heart of Reading, serving a richly diverse community. 

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an inspirational and knowledgeable SENCo to join us and lead our two established Specialist Resource Provisions as well as oversee the SEN provision across the mainstream school. Supported by an excellent Deputy SENCo, two dedicated SEN Teachers and 10 SEN Teaching Assistants. They will ensure that the SEN pupils here reach their absolute potential, are loved, happy and experience the school’s vision of ‘life in all its fullness’.
