Salary: £19169–£20436, point 8–point 12 (depending on experience).
Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8.30am–3.30pm,
30 mins for lunch.

We wish to appoint an outstanding Learning Mentor to undertake individual and small group interventions but also possess vast experience of covering Teaching. The position requires the post holder to cover Teachers' PPA time throughout the primary age range (Rec–Yr 6). This post therefore requires excellent organisational and behaviour management skills.
We aim for this position to start as soon as possible commencing with a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2025, with a view — budget dependent — that this position will become permanent once pupil numbers increase and finances for next academic year are finalised. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning. We would welcome applications from candidates with experience of a range of SEN/complex needs and an ability to promote our inclusive ethos and positive behaviour through everything that they do.
