Salary: Grade D: £12.85–£13.68 per hour.
Actual salary approx. £24722–£26320.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to manage our site and contribute to the smooth running of our busy primary school. This essential role includes the safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. Key duties include site security, portering, basic repairs, assisting with lettings, dealing with contractors and daily caretaking tasks to help keep our learning environment safe and welcoming.
The successful candidate may have previous experience in a premises support or site assistant role, must have strong DIY skills and the ability to work independently and manage their own time. Working hours are negotiable including early mornings and occasional evenings.
Caretaker accommodation is available for the successful candidate.
