The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team on a temporary contract with the potential of it becoming a permanent role after a year. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities and ensuring the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and implement age appropriate activities to support children’s development
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Monitor, assess and record children’s progress
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing standards are being maintained
• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years
• Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting children’s development
• Paediatric first aid trained
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
