- Grade C (3–5) depending on qualifications and experience.
- Starting Actual salary £17,524 (30 hours)
- Term time only, 44 paid weeks annually

- have experience of SEMH/behaviour challenges with young people in an educational setting;
- are able to be adaptable in a changing environment;

- be supported by experienced SLT, Teachers and TAs
iCollege Alternative Education supports learners aged 5–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have six sites across West Berkshire and work closely with families, schools, and agencies to provide a flexible, well-rounded curriculum tailored to each student’s needs. We offer full-time placements alongside short-term support.
