Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

  • 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

Stepping Stones Preschool is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent, term-time-only position working with children aged 3 to 5 years in a welcoming preschool environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and thrive.

Working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will support children’s learning and development through high-quality interactions, play-based experiences and daily routines. Responsibilities will include planning engaging activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, supporting children’s wellbeing and working closely with families and colleagues to provide the best outcomes for every child.

Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, have previous early years experience, possess a valid Paediatric First Aid qualification, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS.
