We are looking for learning support assistants who:

• hold a full and relevant NVQ qualification (Level 2 or 3)
• have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum and are keen to support young children’s learning
• have experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs or are willing to undertake relevant training.
• are confident in supporting and extending children’s learning, language and social/emotional development
• have a passionate, empathetic and patient nature with a nurturing and inclusive approach to children and their families
• are flexible, reliable and have good organisational skills
