Pangbourne Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Inclusion Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team, with strategic oversight of SEND and Pupil Premium provision across the school.

We are looking for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about inclusion, has high expectations for every child and can work collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals. You will lead SEND provision, champion high-quality inclusive practice and ensure that support and Pupil Premium funding are carefully targeted and evaluated for impact.

The role is initially one day per week, with the possibility of two days. A two-day arrangement could include one Inclusion Leader day and one teaching day within Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Working day(s) can be negotiated.
