We're recruiting a Service Lead and Support Worker on fixed-term contracts to support children and families on their healing journey.

Service Lead
Full-time, 37 hours per week (weekdays)
Oxford/Reading with frequent travel across Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,502-£43,389

Support Worker
Part-time, 18.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu)
Oxford with frequent travel across Oxfordshire
Salary: £13,254-£16,199 pro rata (FTE £26,508-£32,397)

The Service Lead will provide outreach, group work and one-to-one support, lead a team of Support Workers, coordinate activities and manage caseloads. The Support Worker will assess family needs, deliver group work, provide one-to-one support and offer outreach services.

For the Service Lead role, you'll need expertise in domestic abuse, relevant social care or childcare experience/qualifications, team management skills and experience working with vulnerable children and families. Support Workers should have an understanding of domestic abuse and experience, or a strong interest, in supporting vulnerable families.
