Emmer Green Primary is a popular school in extensive grounds on the northern outskirts of Reading. We are looking for an enthusiastic After-School Club Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

Job Summary

• Manage and develop the after-school club on a daily basis
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver activities in a safe and caring environment
• Liaise with school leaders, parents and carers in an approachable and professional manner

You will:

• have strong interpersonal skills
• be highly organised
• have excellent communication skills

You will also need to:

• be positive, innovative and adaptable
• relate well to children and adults
• be reflective and committed to continual improvement
• have an excellent understanding of safeguarding procedures
