Advertising Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms and conditions:

The rate for 2 weeks only applies for same text adverts, placed for consecutive weeks. Adverts also count as consecutive if they appear either side of a week in which we do not publish (i.e. term breaks).

Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate applicable.

We reserve the right to alter our charges without notice.

Prices for non-standard design/logos/artwork will be quoted on an individual basis.

Prices include the upload of up to 3 documents to our website. There may be a charge for additional uploads.

Where payment has not been made in advance you agree to make payment within thirty days of receipt of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest at the statutory rate if payment is not received by the due date.

We will not charge for an advertisement if it does not appear or if it contains typographical errors that significantly alter its meaning. (This does not apply if a proof has been provided – please request proofs by midday on a Wednesday)

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we will not be responsible for any consequential loss arising from errors in, or non appearance of, any advertisement.

We can accept pre-prepared artwork. This should be supplied to the correct box display dimensions in .pdf format with embedded fonts. Please contact us if you require further information.

To protect potential applicants, we will normally refuse advertisements that do not identify the ultimate employer. We will also usually refuse advertisments which require applicants/appointees to incur up-front costs. We also reserve the right to refuse any advertisement at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or to alter copy that directs applicants to, or promotes, competitors’ publications and/or websites.
