About Storyybrook
Storyybrook is a new specialist SEMH primary school in Bracknell. With small classes, high levels of support and a relational, therapeutic approach, we are creating a school where children feel safe, understood and able to thrive.

As a founding member of staff, you will have a genuine opportunity to help shape our culture and develop an exceptional specialist provision from the beginning.

The role
We are looking for an excellent teacher who is ambitious for children academically as well as personally. You will:

• deliver ambitious, high-quality teaching adapted thoughtfully to individual needs
• create a classroom where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn
• use relational and therapeutic approaches to support regulation and engagement
• build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• work collaboratively with families, therapists and other professionals
• help children rebuild confidence and positive identities as learners.

You will need QTS, an understanding of SEMH and SEND, strong relationship-building skills and a calm, reflective and resilient approach.
