Over the past six years, she has led St Edward’s Royal Free Ecumenical Middle School with vision, commitment, and strong leadership. • Articulate and deliver a clear strategic vision for outstanding teaching, learning and curriculum provision that enables all pupils to thrive.

• Possess exceptional strategic, organisational, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to lead effectively in a complex educational environment.
• Have substantial experience of leading sustainable school improvement, driving innovation and managing change successfully to secure long-term impact.
