Lead Teacher - Hub Provision In-Charge

  • SALARY RANGE: UPS (£51,048)
  • 2 YEARS - FIXED CONTRACT

Foundry College is a ‘Good’ Pupil Referral Unit in the heart of the community of Wokingham supporting the young people, schools and families in the area. Our dedicated staff offer a range of educational, emotional and behaviour support, with bespoke packages for our students aged 5 - 16.

Job Purpose
The Lead Teacher will take strategic and operational responsibility for the design, delivery, and management of the curriculum within the Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) Hubs. Grounded in a strong primary teaching background, the post holder will lead a team of staff to raise achievement and emotional resilience for pupils. They will serve as the pedagogical expert, bridging the gap between therapeutic intervention and academic re-engagement to support successful pupil reintegration.
