Following the retirement of our Headteacher, we are seeking an exceptional leader who will honour what makes Whitchurch special and lead us confidently into our next chapter.

The role:
This is a hands-on, visible headship where leadership is felt daily — in the classroom, the corridor, and the community. You will combine strategic vision with genuine presence, working alongside a committed team and building the kind of trust with pupils, staff and parents that only comes from real relationship.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has successful senior leadership experience in a primary school
• Has a demonstrable track record of improving teaching and sustaining high standards
• Leads with the values of Excellence, Courage and Respect — and lives them
• Is visible, approachable and deeply committed to the community they serve
• Holds QTS and is prepared to act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
