halow is a charity based in Surrey which equips over 350 young adults with learning disabilities and autism to live a life of purpose.

We are looking for individuals with an education or youth work background to support learners on our fantastic community-based learning programme, Building Futures, around the local Guildford and Woking areas. With sessions on life skills, relationships, fitness and outdoor learning sessions and a new ‘Building Destinations’ programme focussing on work skills, starting this Summer!

Responsible for leading and developing group educational sessions, for this role
we’re seeking a natural organiser with excellent communication skills and confident
in leading a group of up to 12 young adults. You’ll support the adults to set and work
towards their goals whilst delivering programme content in the community.
Prior experience in delivering group sessions is essential for this role.
£ 30,030 per year
