KS1 and KS2 Teachers

  • Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 - 6
  • £34,398 - £46,839 dependent on experience
  • Required to start preferably Easter 2026 or possibly September 2026

Larchfield Primary and Nursery School is seeking to appoint KS1 and KS2 class teachers to join our School Family. This post will be from Easter or September.

Visits to the school are highly encouraged where we can show you that ‘Pride in the Badge runs deep at Larchfield’ (Ofsted 2019) and ‘A strong, inclusive ethos is at the heart of this school.’ (Ofsted 2025)

The successful candidates will:

  • Be enthusiastic about teaching and learning, making it engaging and practical.
  • Have excellent classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour.
  • Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum, particularly using our great outdoor space.
  • Have high expectations for themselves and their children to ensure that they all achieve their very best.
  • Possess a positive outlook and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our school.
  • Good knowledge of teaching Phonics.
