Part-time Wellbeing Lead

Required for April 2021
5 hours and 30 minutes a week with a possibility for extra hours as the role grows
Grade 5 SCP 12 - £11.50 per hour

Aldryngton are seeking an enthusiastic applicant to support their respective parent communities. You would be working in collaboration with the Inclusion and Safeguarding Teams helping them to provide support to our staff, children and their families. 

We are looking to appoint someone who will:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with staff, children and their families, sometimes in challenging circumstances.
  • Be able to develop home/schools links, which will encourage good communication between the school and families.
  • Work with outside agencies to support an effective provision and transition for vulnerable children and families.
  • Be highly motivated able to work independently, prioritisng their workload.
  • Ideally have prior experience of family support work and nurture/ ELSA support for children.
  • Have a good standard of written and spoken English
