Two 11+ Foundation Course Teachers

of £55 per hour of lesson time.

Would you like to join our growing team of high-calibre 11+ teachers?

In this role you will be working with academically-able and highly motivated Year 4 students, delivering the SDE 11+ Foundation Course classes during evenings and/or at weekends. Each class is delivered to a detailed lesson plan which has been prepared by the 11+ tutor and author, Susan Daughtrey M.Ed. As part of your weekly lesson preparation you will also be able to access pre-recorded videos of the lessons (produced by Susan Daughtrey). 

All materials (and teaching techniques) are provided by Susan Daughtrey Education. We do not use any published material in class.

Training, familiarisation and support are provided.

Our pay rates depend on experience, with a starting rate for Foundation Course teachers of £55 per hour of lesson time. 

Candidates with the following credentials are invited to apply:

• Strong academic background
• Qualified teacher
• At least 5 years’ classroom teaching experience (ideally with Key Stage 2 experience)
• You must be able to teach KS2 Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning (VR) and Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR) to a high standard – extensive training and familiarisation will be provided, particularly for the VR and NVR components where you will be teaching Susan’s techniques
• You must have an excellent teaching reputation and be regarded by your colleagues as ‘one of the best’
• You must be available to teach classes in the evenings and/or weekends at one of our tuition centres in Amersham, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and/or Langley 

We have excellent career prospects — in time you may be asked to teach our Year 5 students and/or invited to join the SDE business as an invested ‘teacher partner’.
