We currently have the following roles available:

Teaching Assistant
Specalist Resource provision

Salary: £14,783 annually (actual) plus London Weighting Allowance.
32.5 hours per week, term time only plus three INSET days.

We are looking for the following skills and qualifications: 

  • NVQ Level 2/CACHE Level 2 Certificate or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Good problem-solving skills; being able to adapt skilfully to ensure the very best support and guidance is provided.
  • A positive and ‘can do’ attitude, who remains calm under pressure; with belief in growth mindsets for themselves and others.
  • Limitless patience and empathy; being able to communicate clearly and build a trusting relationship with the children you are supporting.
  • Highly organised and adaptable; with a commitment to ensuring your actions meet the school's high standards and help us meet our strategic goals.

Teaching Assistant
Early Years, with potential of wraparound care support.

Salary: FTE £24,294 plus £689 plus London Weighting Allowance.
32.5 hours per week, term time only plus three INSET days
With this role, there may be additional hours available to work in our Morning Club
three hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to demonstrate suitable experience and/or qualifications for working in a school.
  • Highly motivated in supporting children to make excellent progress.
  • Able to respond appropriately to the wide-ranging needs of the pupils.
  • You will be able to adapt the learning according to the children’s needs.
  • Able to deal with pupil behaviour in an effective and supportive way.
  • A caring and patient individual.
  • Flexible and able to work on their own initiative.

Teaching Assistant (Nursery)

Salary: £7,783 annually (actual), FTE £24,294 plus £689 plus London Weighting Allowance.
13 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days.
Fixed-term contract

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to demonstrate suitable experience and/or qualifications for working in a school.
  • Highly motivated in supporting children to make excellent progress.
  • Able to respond appropriately to the wide-ranging needs of the pupils.
  • You will be able to adapt the learning according to the children’s needs.
  • Able to deal with pupil behaviour in an effective and supportive way.
  • A caring and patient individual.
  • Flexible and able to work on their own initiative.

For all roles we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable.
  • A positive and ‘can do’ attitude, who remains calm under pressure; with belief in growth mindsets for themselves and others.
  • Limitless patience and empathy; being able to communicate clearly and build a trusting relationship with the children you are supporting.
  • Highly organised and adaptable; with and a commitment to ensuring your actions meet the schools high standards and help us meet our strategic goals.
  • An understanding of how to support children’s learning.
  • Good organisational skills, as well as flexibility.
  • A good standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
  • A desire to work as part of a forward-looking and knowledgeable teaching team.
  • The ability to develop positive and caring relationships with children.
  • The ability to support children with specific learning and behavioural difficulties.
