Teaching Assistant

Required as soon as possible.
9am–3.15pm Monday–Friday, to include 30 minute lunch break
and 30 minute lunchtime controller role. Term time only.
Salary Grade 3 Actual £16,387–£16960 (FTE £24,790–£25,183).

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teaching Assistant to work as part of a team supporting individuals and whole-class groups. 

The successful applicant will:

• Have some experience in working with children with SEND.
• Be an inspirational and reflective practitioner.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to make a positive contribution to a supportive team.
• Be committed to social inclusion.
• Be enthusiastic in order to motivate children to reach their full potential whilst providing support and challenge. 
• Has a good standard of Maths and English.
• Ideally have a relevant qualification.
