We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching and learning assistant who understands that there is always a next step in learning, for children and adults! The position is right for someone who is highly motivated, has a good understanding of excellent classroom practice, passionate about preparing children for lifetime learning and wellbeing, enthusiastic about improving pupils’ life chances and committed to safeguarding, and finally, someone who has excellent behaviour management skills.

The Willows School Academy Trust is a school for pupils with statements of special educational needs, predominantly those with SEBD – Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
