Teaching Assistant 

Required asap. 35 hours per week, term-time + 5 INSET days (39 weeks per year).
Salary: FTE £17,364–£18, 426 pa, pro-rata.

Oakbank School requires an enthusiastic, skilled and flexible individual to join our team and support pupils with a range of additional needs. The role will involve mentoring and supporting the learning of individual pupils and small groups under the direction of the teachers. 

Applicants will need to have a good standard of education, particularly written and spoken English. Experience of working with pupils with communication difficulties, dyslexia and autism would be an advantage, but not essential. The Learning Support department at Oakbank can offer a very experienced and supportive team with opportunities for training and ongoing professional development.
