Fixed term for a named child. Starting as soon as possible.
Grade 3 SCP 14–17 £17,681–£18,672 pa, pro-rata (actual salary: from £4,955 pa)
12.5 hours per week, 1pm–3.30pm, Monday–Friday, term time only.

We are looking for an experienced and talented teaching assistant to join our team who will provide a combination of classroom support and support to pupils with individual needs. You will work in partnership with teacher/s to plan, deliver and support high quality educational experiences across the curriculum for our children.

Our friendly, supportive single-form entry primary school has extremely high expectations and aims to provide the highest quality education for our pupils. We are looking for a teaching assistant who:

  • has experience supporting pupils in a similar role within an educational setting
  • has experience delivering high quality phonics teaching and other learning support programmes
  • has a good working knowledge of the national curriculum/practices and supporting children’s learning and development
  • can inspire, motivate and make a difference
  • is passionate about providing engaging and rich learning experiences
  • has drive, enthusiasm, energy and a positive approach to their work.
