TA: RG2 PT 3; £12.00 per hour. Actual salary: £17,004 pa.
32.5 hours per week, term time only. Fixed term.
HLTA: RG5 PT 22, £16.26 per hour, Full-time/part-time. Fixed term.
Required as soon as possible.

The Ridgeway is a nurturing and friendly school situated within a diverse community in South Reading, with enthusiastic, happy pupils who enjoy learning and a committed and highly motivated team. 

We are looking for self-motivated and patient Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. Experience is preferred but not essential.

In order to support these positions and to secure excellent outcomes for our pupils, we can offer ongoing training and professional development.

We are looking for professionals who:

• Demonstrate a nurturing and inclusive approach to all children and their families.
• Can positively engage and support children with their learning.
• Have high expectations for children’s learning and behaviour, and can apply these consistently.
• Can build positive relationships with children, colleagues, professionals and parents.
