Contract: Permanent, full time 52 weeks a year.
Hours of work: 9am–6pm, 40 hors per week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, practical and motivated hands-on Site Manager to join our outstanding Site team working in a school with children aged 2 to 11 years. We are a small independent school in Windsor. The school has been running since 1936. We value each and every member of our staff team and recognise that people can bring different ideas and suggestions all of which are equally valued. We view our team members as our extended family and most of our staff have worked with the school for many years.
Responsibilities
To carry out the day-to-day duties of running the site, including first line repairs and maintenance of the school site buildings, managing the site and cleaning teams, management of contractors, security of the premises and its contents, carrying out driving duties and assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance.
You will need to be flexible, take pride in your work and be able to work with all members of the school community. Basic computer skills and an understanding of health and safety are required.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar position and must hold a valid driving licence. Some out-of-hours and weekend work will be required.
