Site Controller 

Temporary for 6 months with a possibility of permanent
Pay scale: L4 SCP 8 – 12 (£21442 - £23132 FTE)

We are pleased to announce we would like to employ a temporary Site Controller full time 52 weeks per year, holiday entitlement 25-32 days per year depending on length of service. To be responsible for delegated aspects of the school site including a wide range of duties connected with the fabric and grounds of the school. This includes security, cleanliness, porterage, assistance with the monitoring of contracts/contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs, advising the relevant members of staff on suggested improvements to the general school environment and to carry out pre-planned maintenance programmes. The successful person will work under supervision of the Site Manager.

Immediate start on completion of DBS and references.
