Site Controller

RG5, Point 28–34 of the Local Government Pay Scale. £25,463–£30,756 per annum.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a reliable and hardworking Site Controller to join the Estates team. You will have a strong work ethic and be able to carry out high standards of premises care with a positive attitude to health and safety for the whole school community and a solution focused outlook.

The Site Controller works a split shift and is responsible for security of the site, including dealing with out-of-hours emergencies. You are expected to evidence experience of building maintenance, initiative, common sense and the ability to work independently. Good verbal and written communication skills are also required together with physical fitness as some lifting is required.

Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday. These are to be agreed with the successful candidate. The ability to offer occasional flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the school would be an advantage.
