SEN Learning Support Assistant

Salary Range: Bucks Pay Scale 1B–2, depending on experience and qualifications.
Monday to Friday from 8.30am–3pm, with one hour unpaid for lunch.
Term time only to start as soon as possible. Fixed term contract until 31st August 2020.


Farnham Common Infant School is part of the Farnham Common Village Schools federation. We are a caring and creative school with a strong pastoral framework. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring SEN Learning Support Assistant. Experience of working with children with ASD would be advantageous. 

If you are:

  • able to demonstrate experience of working with KS1 children with special educational needs
  • highly motivated and committed to working as part of a team
  • able to work under your own initiative, think creatively and respond to the needs of the pupils, helping to improve their progress

And you have:

  • a good standard of English and Maths
  • effective communication skills
  • a flexible approach
  • a good sense of humour
  • the ability to go the extra mile
