SEN 1–1 Support Assistant 

Start September 19 (up to 1 year fixed contract).
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Long Close School is a thriving co-educational through school for pupils aged 2 to 16 with high academic and pastoral standards. We are looking to recruit a 1–1 assistant to support a child in the Prep School (KS1) with Autism.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have experience of working in a school ideally with children with ASD
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be motivated and work well supporting the class teacher
