Science Technician

Part time.
Salary: Level L2 1–4: FTE £23,817–£24,415; actual salary £11,036–£11,313 pa.
Term-time only, 20 hrs per week. Salary level dependent on experience.

We are looking for someone to assist the Senior Technician in supporting staff and students in the Laboratories and assisting in the preparation of chemicals for demonstrations and practical activities. To ensure the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment through actively contributing to the assessments, monitoring and review of both health & safety procedures and information resources. Previous experience in a Science Technician role in a school environment is desirable but not essential. We are looking for colleagues to start asap.
