School Secretary/Registrar

Start: January 2021.
Salary negotiable.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our happy, friendly and forward-thinking school on a permanent basis. We are looking for a School Secretary and Registrar who would like to be part of our inspiring and welcoming educational environment, and who can support the Head and the School in the delivery of our School’s aims.

Crown House School in High Wycombe provides high quality education to boys and girls aged from 4 to 11 years. Key to success in this role is the ability to provide a warm, friendly and approachable welcome to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. Strong IT, communication and organisational skills are essential; discretion, flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to exercise judgement and show initiative are also important.

Previous experience of using a school-based management information system such as iSAMS would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement of the role as training will be provided.

Completed applications should be returned to the Headteacher at: david.ward@crownhouseschool.co.uk.

Crown House School is committed to safeguarding children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The school follows safe recruitment practices to protect children and vulnerable adults. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check and reference checks.
