This is a varied and interesting full time role in which you will work in various aspects of school administration including managing and allocating work to the School Office and Reception teams, supporting the Head’s PA and managing the administration of the school minibus fleet and transport services for students. You will also be responsible for providing advice and support to the Bursar on GDPR requirements, manage the School’s responses to requests and assist with compliance. You will also work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to support with student registration, absence and attendance.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Office Manager, with school-based experience, although this is not essential. You will be confident in leading and managing a team, delegating where necessary. You should have excellent communication and IT skills, with a knowledge of iSAMS being very beneficial. You should possess excellent planning and organising skills with a keen eye for detail and experience of managing budgets. As you will be working closely with the Safeguarding team, maintaining confidentiality is paramount.
