Scale J37–J45, depending on skills and experience.
Actual salary for 30hrs/wk @ J37 = £24,186); (Actual salary for 37hrs/wk @ J45 = £36,781).

We are looking for a self-motivated person who is passionate about education and interested in working within a team who are determined to make a difference to children’s futures. John O’Gaunt is a small and friendly school with a committed staff and local Governing Body. 

Having recently joined Excalibur Academies Trust, the successful applicant will work as part of the school leadership team, with support from the Excalibur Central Finance and Resources team. 

We need someone with significant relevant experience, together with a good track record in similar senior posts which would be likely to include financial planning, budgeting, HR/Personnel matters, ICT, energy and buildings management although flexibility within these roles will be available to the right person. 

The closing date for applications is 4pm on Thursday 14th February 2019. 
Interviews will be held on Thursday 28th February 2019.
