Grade J (SCP 37–43) Salary range £33,136–£39,002.

Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a new challenge or progression?

Calcot Schools are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed individual who can drive the schools forward at a time of rapid change.

Do you have?

  • • Experience of preparing budgets, budget monitoring and forecasting the year end outturn
  • • Experience of managing teams
  • • IT literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • • FMS and SIMS knowledge
  • • Premises management and H&S experience
  • • Experience of project management
  • • Self-motivation, a flexible attitude to work and the ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload

This is a good opportunity for someone to shape this challenging role for the benefit of the schools and children. You will become part of an approachable and supportive senior leadership team and governing body.
