Actual salary £17,321 inclusive of outer fringe allowance £18,795 FTE.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person with excellent customer care experience to work in our busy reception area. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day handling of visitors and enquiries to our busy reception area whilst supporting teaching and learning through the provision of a first class administrative support service to include word processing and reprographics within our school community. The post holder will also assist in providing hospitality for our meeting booking guests. The candidate should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and email. Proven administrative experience is required to ensure that a high level of service is delivered. You will be first aid trained or willing to undertake relevant training in this regard. A professional and customer focussed approach and a willingness to undertake training is essential.
