Elmhurst School is a welcoming and inspiring place to be. The school is due to join the Great Learners Trust in June 2019 and is currently on a rapid journey of school improvement. It is an exciting time for our whole school community and we are expanding the Leadership Team to build capacity so that we can achieve our aspirations.
We are seeking ambitious and energetic professionals who are excellent classroom practitioners and are keen and willing to share their skills and knowledge. This opportunity will enable you to gain the experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and successfully leading improvement and raising standards.
If you are a dynamic and inspirational teacher with the capacity to grow and develop into a leadership role, or have experience of being a Phase Leader please get in touch. We are looking for some magical professionals who understand the importance of building positive relationships with all stakeholders in order to galvanise school improvement and the school’s learning culture.
