We currently have vacancies for secondary-trained teachers with the ability to teach general subjects including English and Maths up to GCSE level. You will work individually with young people in their homes, community centres or within Cranbury College units. You may also work with small groups of young people in Cranbury College.

Cranbury College was judged ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted in Feb 2018. We are a multi-site organisation which includes a Primary Site; KS3 Site – Pathways; KS4 Site – Futures; Post 16 Site – Vision. We have an Outreach Behaviour Support Team, offer medical tuition and provide the Hospital Teaching Service at Royal Berkshire Hospital on behalf of RBC.

Cranbury College is a 132 place alternative curriculum provider, including a Hospital Teaching Service, Behaviour Support Team, Secondary and Primary PRU, Individual Learning Programs, and a Post 16 provider.
Reading Borough Council currently commission 100 places from Cranbury College to meet the needs of some of Reading’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. The College also offers bespoke individual learning packages to those with complex needs and those who have difficulties accessing any of the College’s sites.
