Pastoral Secretary

Salary Range: Band E £16,212, to £18,638 per annum.
37 hours, term time only + 5 training days.

Required for March 2019, a Pastoral Secretary to oversee the pastoral administration of the school. The appointed candidate will be responsible for the administration of pastoral matters in the school. This will include communication, personal assistant work, general administration, word processing and spreadsheets. 

The post-holder will also be responsible for managing, maintaining important pupil files and records. It is important that the candidate can handle confidential matters securely. 

This role requires a person who is flexible, organised and able to respond swiftly and calmly in all situations. 

Excellent communication skills, work ethic and care of pupil welfare are essential as are computer skills including a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
