Pastoral Mentor

Grade E; £20,0292–£22,183, full time equivalent.
32.5 hours per week term time only: £14,892–£16,442 actual salary.
September 2021 start.

We are seeking to appoint an individual to the post of Pastoral Mentor. The role of the Pastoral Mentor is to provide pastoral care and guidance to vulnerable students through liaison with pastoral leaders, the SENDCO and senior staff to uphold high standards and values, promote engagement with learning and respect and achievement within the school and wider community. 

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos. The school has 1150 students on roll including 190 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading. The school received an exceptional Ofsted report in June 2019.
