Part Time Maintenance Person

The role is 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm, with 8 hours alternate Saturdays.
Salary is £25,000 per annum pro rata.

We require an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Person with proven building maintenance experience, good general maintenance and DIY skills along with general plumbing and decorating skills.  An ability to use machinery, tools and equipment safely and effectively will be required along with general  IT Skills.  Must be able to record information clearly and accurately and an understanding of Health and Safety procedures will be needed.  Trained to complete PAT testing or willingness to train would be desirable.  The role is 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm, with 8 hours alternate Saturdays.  Holiday is 20 days per annum pro rata, rising to 25 pro rata over 5 years plus Xmas closure and bank holidays.  Salary is £25,000 per annum pro rata.  A work place pension is offered.
