Out of Hours Club Finance & Administration Officer

Required May 2019 Start – 20 Hours per week.
Term time plus 1 week per annum (scope to increase hours over time).

We are looking for a highly committed and flexible person to assist with the management of the financial and administrative aspects of our breakfast, after-school, and school holiday clubs.

The role reports to the Headteacher and includes invoicing and recording payments, liaising with parents for chasing overdue payments and dealing with booking queries, and reporting on the finances of the out of hours club. The role also includes organising staffing rotas with the OoHC Manager and ordering of catering supplies. Full Job Description available on request.

A commitment to maintaining high standards, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to administration are essential. The post holder should have the ability to work well with and empathise with others. A good level of competence with using IT, booking and financial systems as well as a well-organised nature and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.

The school is soon to become part of the Kennet Schools Academy Trust and there may be opportunity to expand the role and increase the working hours within the trust.
