37 hours per week, term time plus Inset days.
Monday–Friday 8.30am–4.30pm.
Required from September 2024.
Bucks Pay Range 4–5 pro rata depending upon experience.

Chalfont St Peter Infant School is a welcoming and inspiring school full of amazing children who make us smile every day and we are seeking a new key team member to lead our administrative staff, take responsibility for school finances and ensure the smooth running of the office.

We are looking for a positive and energetic person who:

  • Will support the Headteacher in upholding the vision, values and ethos of the school
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbally
  • Is able to organise their own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Has excellent IT and Administration skills
  • Has previous experience of working in a school environment
  • Has a financial background and relevant qualifications
  • Has knowledge of SIMS/FMS, HR and School H&S
  • Can demonstrate flexibility between the two roles to support in a range of tasks
