Part time Office Administrator

RG3 SCP 5–11. £18,795–£21,166 (Full time equivalent). £10,741 actual salary.
25 hours 8.15am - 1.15pm Monday - Friday.
Term time only (plus inset days). 44.1 weeks pa.
Closing Date: noon, Tuesday 23 April 2019.

St. Michael’s is a diverse and inclusive community primary school which has successfully been rated, once again, as a ‘GOOD’ school by Ofsted. We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and experienced school administrator who can help run our busy and friendly office.

About the role
This is a pivotal role within the school. You will represent the school as the first point of contact in a friendly and professional manner whilst maintaining efficient and comprehensive administrative functions. You will be responsible for a variety of admin and welfare duties, including: ensuring appropriate registration, dealing with parents & visitor queries, absent or late pupils, first aid and general administration and reception duties.
