Herries Preparatory is seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to provide HR and Regulatory Compliance support. Strong administrative skills are required as the post-holder will be required to produce contracts of employment, variation letters and other paperwork as required. Compliance responsibilities will involve the upkeep of the School’s Single Central Register and school policies. Digitised and paper-based documents will need to be updated and stored, in line with Data Protection guidelines. High quality administrative support will be essential to prepare reports and send information to parents. The role will involve the preparation and introduction of the new iSAMS management information system.
The role is likely to evolve and there may be some changes which will be discussed and fully agreed before implementation as the post develops. Where necessary, the candidate will be offered training.
