Winnersh Primary School is looking to appoint a Lower Phase Lead Teacher to join their Middle Leadership Team.

Position Details
This is a class-based position teaching initially in Year 3. This TLR 2 post will also hold the additional responsibilities of subject leadership (yet to be confirmed). The Head teacher is looking to appoint an ambitious teacher who will oversee Years 1–3.

Requirements
The successful candidate for this class-based Lower Phase Leader role will be an individual with clear passion and vision for teaching and confidence in their abilities as a teacher and as a leader. They will have a proven track record for delivering excellent learning opportunities.

  • A knowledgeable class teacher who will contribute to raisingachievement and attainment
  • An organised and inspirational teacher and leader, who can motivate both pupils and staff
