We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic person to manage the school’s Library Resource Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition, organisation and dissemination of resources ensuring the area contributes effectively to the delivery of the curriculum and whole school objectives. A love of learning is expected and experience of working in a school environment is desirable, but formal experience of working in a library setting is not essential. The role involves supporting students in their learning. This is an exciting opportunity for the post-holder to take a leading role in moulding future developments.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school. In 2018, over 90% of students gained a grade 4 in English. The school has 1080 students on roll including 160 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.

For further information please visit the school website or contact Mrs Lin Bailey, Business Support Manager, or Tel: 0118 983 2030

The closing date is Monday 1st June 2019.

For an informal chat about the role, please contact Sharron Price, Library Resource Centre Manager on 0118 983 2030.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Further information can be found at
