Including a part-time Learning Mentor for SEMH role.
31.25 hours per week, term time only.
Required September 2025.
£24,554–£26,081 pro rata; actual salary: £17,431.01–17,964.32
including fringe allowance; pay award pending.

We are looking for learning support assistants who:

• hold a full and relevant NVQ qualification (Level 2 or 3)
• have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly in the Early Years, and are keen to support young children’s learning
• have experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs or are willing to undertake relevant training (including for the role as Learning Mentor for SEMH)
• have experience in supporting children in a pastoral capacity and has worked with children with social and emotional needs
• have a passionate, empathetic and patient nature with a nurturing and inclusive approach to children and their families
• are flexible, reliable and have good organisational skills
